robots are machines and need maintenance. just read the messages...

"Battery on CPU card is defective. Please check it out."

    "RAM - Fault!"

"Device moves in AUTO to start point."

"Device need to be be manually moved free."

    "Acknowledge with F1"

The keyswitch on the left is used to bridge (bypass) safety circuit.

This keyswitch on the right is is "Process speed - Single step"

So both are only used for troubleshooting, not for actual operation.

    1) read pinned topic: READ FIRST...

    2) if you have an issue with robot, post question in the correct forum section... do NOT contact me directly

    3) read 1 and 2

There are red lights at 5E-1432 kayboard safety card (see at the photo). Can it be a problem?

I have turned ON the Drivers via F3=System test ->F4=Joints-> Start Drivers buttons.

But after pressing then F4=Ref-Pos robot moves the joint only in one direction (for Joint 1 it is counterclock-wise direction). It does not metter which Button I am pressing (as 1V as 1R)

Good day. Who has a key floppy disk for VK 360/125/150 dtd. 1997?

Would you share the data from it?

    Thank you in advance.
