If it was the problem from the batteries, it should give an alarm code message, but the robot is not booting as far i see from the pictures.

In this case, the firmware data may also be lost/corrupted.

This is held in EEPROM on 9ZA too, and after period of time with batteries also exhausted, could be major problem to resolve.

The first thing, is there ANY functionality when you press membrane buttons?

Can you get into ANY menus?

Hmmmm in that case I think you will have trouble recovering this.

Servo Amplifiers are not the problem.

Give me 5 mins and I will post some manuals in Manuals, Software and Tools Board, so you can download for your reading.

You could try and get batteries for 9ZA and then change them.

    - They require unsoldering and re-soldering.

    - See if condition changed (I would be surprised if it works, but this is only direction to go at moment).

I am an electronic engineer, engaged in the replacement of software control systems and the complete conversion of metalworking equipment. if there was a circuit on the servo amplifiers, we could try to connect another control system

I've posted some documentation here A and AD Controller Documents

Some information in the Troubleshooting Manuals may assist you with it, but Robot Manufacturers use proprietary software, for servo control including the kinematics, so if you can achieve that, then great.

ordinary batteries through the switch were nearby. when the break is eliminated, the odd LED goes out. and then everything also

I'm sorry, my English is not my native language. I read technical documentation freely, communicate through a translator. sanyo denki abs super 65aa ..... txr servo amplifiers are installed on the robot. I requested documentation from sanyo denki, they said in a letter that this servo amplifier was made for kawasaki and they don’t have documentation for it. is there any circuit of connectors cn1 and cn2? wiring diagram not power signals? perhaps an amplifier circuit, a description of its operation?

That would be 'Sanyo Denki' way of saying it is made under license to Kawasaki and any proprietary information would also be under this license too.

This would be the case with board schematics too, Kawasaki themselves would be retainer of this information.

The documentation that is usually made available to end users, what I have, I placed in the Manuals, Software and Tools Board.

Technical information like that would only be available from Kawasaki directly.

    Have you tried new batteries?

I notice message on display, have you got a Floppy disc with the system, it asking for one?

    What about contacting Kawasaki themselves?

Have you ever used a Kawasaki robot before?

good afternoon. the diskette was with the robot, but apparently the contents are damaged. reading is in progress, then nothing happens. apparently I will apply for documentation at Kawasaki. communication with robots was. Extensive experience working with CNC turning and milling machines, plc, replaced fanuc, Siemens, which lost their configuration due to dead batteries. I often use Linuxcnc in conjunction with mesa controllers.
