Hello ,
We have a Fanuc CR-15iA with R-30iB controller.
After we changed the batteries for the pulse coder.It seems it lost its calibration/mastering and while joging to set it up in position for calibration/mastering we got and error SRVO-491 Collaborative stroke limit. I know that the robot thinks its somewhere it is not, but i cant move it to calibrate it correctly.
How to get the robot to move again?
