Remove sistem I/O module signals

I tried to delete the i/o module but when I start back the controller I gave my system error. can you help me deleting the Plc from controller. I attached a picture. Thank you

"You need to remove it and all signals that are mapped to it from your EIO file. Especially system signals in and out. You might then get reference errors from your program. Please keep these messages on robot-forum so others can share the knowledge."
