Im a new one here and sorry for my bad english.
I have a KAWASAKI ROBOT + CONTROLER, when i turn on the controller it writes the folowing error:
- (D2025) Robod code is mismatch between software and arm control board.
My guess is: S2 dipswitch on "KB panel" is set wrongly and i dont have the correct order

Here is the error message!
I think you are correct.
- Turn Controller off.
- On 1KB board, set S2 (the middle dipswitch bank) so that 1 is OFF and 2,3,4,5,6,7,8 are ON.
- Power Controller back on and check.

S2 set up a comparison logic with the servo software during bootup to compare the Robot Model in software with the switch configuration on S2 in conjunction with the installed 1GM board.
Preventing the wrong parameters being used for the installed motors used.
S8 switches are used for external axis in the same way.
S7 switches are not marked up for use, so should always be off.
You'll find some of this information in the troubleshooting manual, but Kawasaki neglected to include the model id combinations for S2.
