Connecting Kawasaki Robot RA006L with Kemppi welding machine

    Hi all ,


    we recently purchased Kemmpi A7 MIG Power Sorce 350 and we want to configure it to work with Kawasaki RA006L


    what i did :


    i used fieldbus communication protocol between the kemppi and Kawasaki E01 controller


    ethernet cable will be connected from the kemppi to the E01 controller .


    what i'm looking for is the kawasaki internal signals to do signal mapping with kemppi ,


    i used lvl 3 and searched in the Aux but i couldn't find it , any idea ?

    When the General Fieldbus option is enabled, all fieldbus allocation and mapping is then made available in Aux 06.

    If you don't have them, you need to contact your Kawasaki distributor to enable the General Fieldbus Option for you.

    - They may charge you for this.

    - You should also ask them to provide the latest General fieldbus manual, which contains configuration details of your intended fieldbus protocol.
