Trouble mastering/moving robot

    A new m10/iD we are integrating is mastering or moving. We have over 28 m10s already and I've never had this problem before. First on power up, the BZAL alarm was showing up on each axis. I replaced the C batteries and cycled power. That made those go away, but now when I try to reset the pulsecoder and cycle power the robot will still not allow me to jog. Each axis is getting pulse code errors.


    Anyone have something similar happen or know what might be going on?

    What error keeps coming back? If it's the BZAL error then you need to reset the pulse coder alarm before cycling power under Menu>System>Master_Cal.
