    Hello,

After replacing upper arm on IRB 4400 M2004 (44-50335) I have 20206 General stop open message on display and I cannot reset it.

If I push E-Stop, robot shows emergeny state but once I pull the button and activate motors, robot pass to Guard stop state.

Always, when I push deadmen switch, general stop message occurs. There is no any external switches connected to robot, I already checked pins into connectors but general stop persists!

Is anyone have some idea how to solve it, please!

I'm recommend check Safety Signal status.

GS1 and GS2 is meaning General Stop. 1 and 2 is channel.

when that GS1 and GS2 value is 0 will be still happen Event 20206 message.

Terminal is... may be X5 and X6.

ah! You can easier check thru LED lamp.

Yellow LED on is green condition. it place controller's inside of right wall.

    it's a simple.

    Check X5 and X6 Terminal.
    need +24V.

maybe that terminal control by other relay contact.

follow that cable and check relay status.

if u wanna quick fix... Short each cable.

※CAUTION! make sure to connection like a attached picture!

    oh, jesus.

Your X5 Terminal Short Pin install status looks bad.

    Where the other short_pin???

    Stolen?

    X5 mapping

    1,2 3 - Short

    4,5,6 - Short

    7,8,9 - Short

    10,11,12 - Short

    Anyway, X5 needs 4ea Shot-pin

    GS depend on X5Terminal.

So it was previously ok before replacing the "upper arm"? If so, I would be checking for other event messages, especially in the hardware section.

    Ahoj,
pomohlo mi to vytáhnout konektor do bezpečnostních karet X5 a X6. Poté potvrďte bezpečnostní obvod.
