S4C+ - Communication through FTP

Hello Everyone,

Recently, I have had a problem with my Controller (S4C+) and I needed to proceed a X-START. After that I couldn't connect via FTP.

When I try to configure Application Protocol, in the parameter, pressing enter the message appears: "no parameters to show".

Hi,

Are you sure the IP setting is ok? Try to ping it with you laptop. On a S4C controller you should have always access with FTP.

In an X-start you should be at the boot menu where you can select the system to boot into. Is that where you are now?
