Rj3 controller is not turning on after i swapped the estop unit. There is no green light on the power supply unit when i turn the machine on. can someone help please?

Check for blown fuses. Also, since you mentioned a chain fault in your other post, check the terminals on the estop board to make sure nothing is shorted.
