Those are the Fanuc part numbers for the gear reducers. The fourth item you list is for the J4 axis assembly and the last part you list is for the wrist flange, which is a gear reducer as well. You don't have anything listed for J5, but usually you can get J5 coupled with J6 as a "wrist assembly". Maybe this model is different and J5 is included with the "J4 axis assembly"?

Is it possible to find the gear ratio of the gearbox based on that code?
With Fanuc help. Fanuc is not using any specification info in their part number system. You will need to get in touch with Fanuc and request for required information.
