LBRMED Break Test FATAL_ERROR

    Im running two LBR MEDS. Got MED A back a few months ago from Germany after I sent it over due to consistently failing the break test. Now MED B is showing the same symptoms.


    I am trying to figure out the causes of this.


    Anybody experience anything similar?

    brake test failure means that brake does not have sufficient holding torque. over time brakes get worn out. usually not by much. it depends on use. i would try generating diagnostic package and sending it to Kuka. how old is the arm? what is the mileage?
