Replace Reducer

    We have a MH-12 Manipulator with DX-200 controller. I have noticed that there massage on bottom of pendant screen says: "Replace Reducer R1:[SLURBT]" in which all axis are highlighted except T-axis. I know that greasing is overdue on this robot.


    I want to know significance of this massage such as do we actually need to replace speed reducer? or we can reset this massage after we finish greasing??

    There is a PM menu in your pendant screen where you can set your PM intervals and reset this message. This message is only a reminder and does not significate that you need to replace your speed reducers.
