Peak Deviation

  • Hi guys,

I'm trying to understand if a kawasaki robot is working in its" torque" range. For another brand of robots i found this info directly in the panel and the company tell me the right value to not "stress" the robot.

Where can I found this data on kawasaki (controller E01)?

Is it the peak deviation(under Motor Torque Information) an info that can I use?

(if yes, a range value? I can see only a deviation data and I don't know the unit nor the meaning).

    Thanks in advance

  • I am not 100% sure whether those values are actually available on the front end to see, you may need to contact KHI for those.

However, there is an option called IPEAKLOG and IPEAKCLR.

The IPEAKLOG sits in the same section as peak deviation (if you have the option enabled, it will show up there).

It is in the AS manual regarding it's function and displays the peak information as a percentage.
