Are You writing new home position values on .pdl file, and trying to convert it to .c4g file?

Or are You writing the values on .c4g file and can't save it?

What is the version of Your WinC4G?

Are You using the corresponding lib version when trying to save/convert?

Do You have the original .c4g file?

So, I've found an old C4G backup here, and made some tests.

I'm using WinC4G 3.22, and the robot software is 3.03

I pick the .c4g file, converted it to PDL, edited home values, and translated it again.

The translates file wasn't a c4g file, but a .cod file.

But I believe if You change the extension from .cod to .c4g, it will work.

It doesn't work. When I change extension from code to c4g and click open c4g file, I see this window.

    You are right.

I also tried to save the PDL with Save at PC button.

I show the option to save as .c4g, but when we select it, it gives an error.

I think the best option is try to edit the original .c4g

What is the extension of this file? If is .pdl, so its not ok.

Maybe You will need to make a full backup of the robot, pick the .c4g file, edit it directly with WinC4G, and load it again on the controller.

What is the "Controller Version" parameter of You .c4g file.

You can check this on the header of the file. 4th line.

And this version is matching the library version setup on WinC4G?

    File > Properties > C4G Library Version.
