I have a cell with two KR 150 R3100 Primes that was used for packaging and the company decided that they needed to shoot a promo video with one as an cameraman and one as an actor. They are on KSS 8.5.7 and long story short reasy2_animate and EntertainTech are out of the question which leaves Autodesk mimic 1.4 as the only option with its KRL generator since the advertising agency wants some interesting motions.
What I see form mimic is jerky motions for some of the PTP motions has anyone had any experience with it? I am thinking of playing with the sample rate for the processor as well as maybe making a single SPLINE block. It shouldn't be the approximation parameters since the points are quite close together, the $ADVANCE is at 5, currently it is generation an PTP motion for each frame of the animation.
The question is how to smoothen it up? If anyone has some suggestions I am all ears since we are also on a very tight schedule.
PS this is a sample of the KRL code generated from mimic:
