I am still chugging along on this robot installation project.
I have completed physical installation. I have power to the robot. I have been able to change encoder batteries. I was unable to get robot motion. I was able to get some information from a line builder for Toyota, and was informed that the controller was looking for a signal from a safety switch box that Toyota uses at the X-LNE1 connection. Based off of this wire diagram, I was able to jumper the required pins to allow the robot to run in teach mode. I have since ordered and installed the switch box. I am able to run the robot in teach mode, but I can not get motor power in auto. I believe because of some faults that are still occurring. On the I/F screen I am seeing a Protection Unit Fault, Electrode fault #1 (movable), Electrode Fault #2 (fixed), and a safety stop.
