KRC4 Integration with Fronius

    Dear friends

    I want to connect KRC4 controller to TPS 400i Fronius weld controller ,I have configured WOV project according the KUKA.ArcTech Basic documentation.

    after deploying the project ,I see this error message on robot smart HMI panel :

    ''Powersource:Life bit failed'' and also we see this error message in the screen of TPS 400i ''Robot is not ready. Robot ready is not set. Check robot signals! Contact support ,

    it means these two device is not connected together.

    according the documentation I have added power source and ArcLink XT Device in the project and deploy it in the robot.

    I think I have to import Fronius GSDMl file in the profinet IO (Profinet Network Overview ) .is this true ?

    if the robot communicate with Fronius through ProfiNet, yes, You need to add Fronius as a ProfiNet device on your WorkVisual bus structure.

    And You need to write ProfiNet name and IP address on Fronius, as well.

    Thanks, I will check ,Were I can find the Fronius_GSDML ?

    Because I didn't find it in Fronius Web page ?

    Normally, this GSDML come inside the CD that is bundled with Fronius equipment.

    Hi, How did you get rid of this issue?

    Was, there any discrepancy in Deployment of work visual Project?
