Hey, everybody! I use ArcTech Basic option for weave. Tell me, where change angle between Ztts and Ytts. Initially, it is equal to zero and at a set point of 0 degrees weave correspond to 3rd picture, but should correspond to 1st picture.

The TTS is a coordinate system that moves along the path with the robot.... so change to tool orientation when teaching path.
-
I'm sorry, but can you elaborate on what you mean by teaching path
-
it is a process of programming points. it means inserting motions instructions into a robot program.
if already programmed step through program, change tool orientation and touchup points you want changed.

Yes this is true. Task that I decide a little different.
Initial conditions:
- tool orientation is defined;
- Frequency = 2Hz; Amplitude = 2 mm; Angle = 90 degrees; Pattern = Triangle; Length = 100 mm;
Actions:
- Moving along the seam LIN team. Ok. Weave correspond to the 1st picture.
- Rotate the tool 15 degrees along the Ztts axis. Boom. Weave correspond to 3rd picture.
I think it has something to do with 90-degree angles... -
Apparently panic_mode was right.... This effect appears only at tool direction Z. Helped change to a tool direction +X and change configuration tool
