Hi everyone,
I'm fairly new to robotics. We currently use a Arc mate 120ic w/ R-30ib with my employer. For the most part I do alarm resetting and touch up points for our robotic welders. I'm still getting accustom to all the IO mapping and communication features between dual robots in rotating fixtures. One thing I have not done so far is write any code. I have a basic understanding of how its presented but wanted some clarity on why and how it began in the format we use today. When writing code does the spacing have to be exact and always presented the same way in a program? Im pretty sure we have the newer version of software.
