We have a Yakasawa Motoman DX 100 set with jaws for grabbing/picking bags and stacking.
We had a 410 alarm and proceeded to call support. We have replaced the communication lines, servo controller and now the servo motor. Support said after the motor they had no clue. We are still receiving the 410 alarm and the robot won't open or close jaws properly. We can set it manually to widest opening and use it like that but it lacks a large amount of precision this way. Please let me know if anyone here has any ideas on how to proceed.
