Hi Guys
Quick one hopefully, I've been running some simulations successfully on a trial version of Roboguide Version 9 (Rev H) provided by Fanuc.
However, what is appearing now is that the Teach Pendant is disconnecting OR being disconnected during the running of a simulation.

I am having to 'Task Manager' to End Tasks for Roboguide, Fanuc Robot Communications Server, FRRobotNeighbourhood Module in order to re-open.
All the simulated IO I have had to set are lost and I have to set them all again.
But setting them all again, then re-running the simulation again, results in the same issue as attached.
It does not happen at the same points of simulation either, sometimes quicker and slower, but always at some point this problem occurs.
1. Has anyone experienced this and can provide any information/settings which may attribute to this - maybe a graphics/refresh setting or BG Logic issue?
- I've disabled a dynamic motion of an object (closing a door) and I don't know whether this is the fault, but since that it's been stable...………
2. Is this likely to be a revision issue (rectified in future revisions).
3. I'm also thinking this could be connected with Firewall or even A/V settings perhaps.
I'm about to order the license, but don't want to blow a bucket load of cash on something that no longer works.
