I lost $config.dat of the kuka lwr4+ robot and without archive, what can I do?

There is no this folder. The problem is we have nothing in archive folder....
I am not sure if possible to copy this from other people's robot....

I think it is becuase of the low battery level. The $config.dat is lost and then all the script are labeled with red cross.....

No one kept any Archives copied offline?
You can probably get a "factory" $CONFIG.DAT from KUKA, but it won't have anything that was added since this robot left the factory. Your Base and Tool data would have to be re-created from scratch, at a minimum. Plus any other variables you created in $CONFIG.DAT.

From the image, last failed attempt to do a backup was on u: drive.
I'm guessing this is a network drive.
Did You looked at this place?

The U drive, IIRC, was the letter assigned to any USB drive when it was inserted, in that generation of controller.

It wasn't E:, on KRC2 ed05?Ooops! It is an LR controller.
