Staubli CS7 Robot Power

    I have a Staubli CS7 A controller and an RX90 robot that I am trying to get working.


    When I hold down the dead mans handle and press the COMP PWR button I get an error message saying "press high power button to enable power", however I do not have a high power button and the Arm Power button on the front of the controller does not seem to do anything.


    If anyone could give some advice on this that would be great :smiling_face:

    When you get that message, you need to press the green flashing button next to the emergency stopp on the controller.

    The difference between theory and practice is greater in practice than in theory.

    Thanks for the reply. I think I've managed to work it out, the button wasn't working because there is a fortress key interlock built into the system that wasn't wired up properly. The button works and I can jog the robot around now so I just need to work out how the interlock works so I can wire it up (just chock blocked together atm).
