    How important is it to correctly set the loads of the gripper and the equipment on board the robot?

    What fault could occur in case of incorrect setting?

  • I have never commissioned or programmed those, but I think that it is safe to say that unless, the payload is very small compared to the capacity of the robot, it is a must. The robot can overshoot, undershoot, have false collision detects, and, in worse cases, be damaged or worn down too soon.
