hello i have a problem with otc daihen fd11. well, someone has changed the password to change the user level (expert, integrator) how to reset or restore the password?

Do not share any type of passwords in this forum, remove this post immediately.

Go to Constant setting -> Control Constants -> Password change

unfortunately I can't edit the parameters that you gave me because I don't have the proper permissions, that's why I wanted the password for the expert because the person who was dismissing changed the password at anger and now I don't have access to the integrator panel

Apparently, the manual comes in a CD when we purchased their robots, at least that's what OTC said when I called them.
