So as the story goes...…. I had to reload a known working controller / robot combination that sat for some time and of course the batts died. Kfloppy load was good and robot started up fine. Typical mastering and calibration, but.... as soon as I try to move any joint it faults with the same three, (SRVO-45 HCAL G1 A6), (SRVO-21 SRDY off G1 A6), and (SRVO-21 SRDY G1 A3). Checked 100a 87v, 100b 14v (questionable), and all wiring on the arm and controller. Could this be a setup problem with the particular software and configuration?? Or is this a failed wire/connection ??
At rest everything is green and ready to go, no faults. TP switch on, try to jog, faults. The brakes never come off. im stumped because everything is clear and reset before I touch an axis move button.
Servo Amp driving axis 6 faults with 8. Swapped with a known good Servo Amp and it does the same thing. Help....
