Hi, the manual mentions that the recorded data are saved in a file and stored in the robot controller in the directory: C:\KRC\Roboter\Log\DataRecorder
How can I access this directory and save it in a USB stick?
Thank you!

connect external monitor, keyboard and mouse to Sunrise Controller....
while there maybe share that folder so you can have access to it through network, without connecting external monitor every time.
Thank you it works!
Now I have another issue. When I start the controller with the external monitor and the smart pendant is not connected then the controller log me in automatically. If I connect the smart pendant then the controller log me out in the external monitor and ask me for a password for "KukaUser". Is this password a default one? I tried with "kuka" , "admin" and "argus" and it didn't work. Can I have both an external monitor and the smart pendant?
Is there a way to minimize the smartHMI in the smart pendant?
You cannot have both... It's either smartPad or external monitor....
Try
68kuka1secpw59
Thank you it works!

Hi there! I have the smartPAD disconnected but I still can't get rid of the smartHMI popping up automahically... Did you maybe figure it out?
Thenks!
Connect a monitor, keyboard, and mouse to the robot controller.
If the smartHMI pops up, press the window key and open your folder explorer.
