NX100 with HP3L Backup file

Already have a problem:

I have 4 Müga-Centers each with a NX100 with HP3L and a workmate has swapped the backup batteries but took wrong ones and now the data is deleted.
The manufacturers have deleted everything older than 2 years and can not help me anymore.
Unfortunately, the CMOS.BIN files are not included on my CF card backups (maybe Virusscanner has deleted it on server?). Have version 3.32. If someone had such a CMOS.BIN file for me all the machining centers would be saved.

    You will have to call Yaskawa service to get them to breath new life into your robots. You can't use some random CMOS file from someone. You can end up with the wrong language, wrong application, wrong options...

    But I hoped I could hold it cheap with another cmos-file from someone with the same machine an load the backup files i have except the missing cmos file, or initalize the rest.
