Ill start this thread with the comment that I am extremely new to the world of robotics. Once I get the system up and running, I dont think I will have many issues operating the controller/robot, but the initial set up is giving me trouble.
The company I work for was acquired a used ZB150S robot and S controller system to utilize at our facility for research and demonstrative purposes of RSW guns.
I have physically installed the system and have power to the controller and have connected the X3 X4 and X5 harness cables.
I was initially experiencing a W5011 error, but have since disconnected the weld gun from the controller.
Now I am experiencing two errors.
D1507 - AC primary power is off
E1030 - Encoder data is abnormal (jt 3 4 5 6)
Again, most of this is new to me, so any help will be much appreciated. There will more than likely more questions in this thread as I experience difficulty.
