Try a different teach pendant.
I tried, but the problem continues.Do you have any other ideas?
Check the ethernet connection from the inside connection on the front of the cabinet to the main computer. Is the NS light green where the tp ethernet plugs in?
I shared status light is not on.When I put the robot in automatic mode comes error 20312 enable 2 open.
Check connections, if that seems ok then try another cable.
I replaced the cable beetwen the (contactor board-axis computer),(main computer-panel unit),(flexpendant-main computer)but problem is continues.
Do you have another main computer to try to swap out? Hint, swap the sd card after powering down the controller.
Yes,Ihave. I will change and write the result
I change main computer problem is not solve. No error in manual mode, there are errors in the picture in automatic mode
Two channel fault is your problem, Check your contactors.
I changed motor on contactors, when I press motor on button costactors are activated in automatic mode but 'joint collision' error cames.when I press enabling switch in the f.pendant 'enabling device conflict 'error.I will try new system build tomorrow.Do you have any idea?
You mentioned in first post "dual Cabinet". Is there more than one robot or is the second for external axes?
The upper cabin is for the second robot but I only use the lower cabin
That is pretty likely the root of the problem. You might have a mess of wiring to deal with. Has the system been rebuilt to reflect that there is only one robot now?
Yes,I installed a flat system with no features
I replaced motor on contactors ,robot working in automatic mode now but when I press enabling switch 'enabling device conflict' in manual mode and not moving
