I need mathematical steps of 3 point and 4 point methods TCP sets

and this (https://www.robot-forum.com/ro…calculate-the-tool-frame/) for 3 point but in this explanation use only 2 point and its correct
Does anyone have a good reference for mathematical algorithm of this two method?
