problem with fanuc 150-m

    hi friends
    we have a camshaft machine(Junker) with fanuc 150-m controller
    when we start this machine after ram &sub cpu test before servo rom test, the machine hangs
    we find that the problem is SUB CPU cart(A16B-2202-0571)
    we have not the reserve of this cart
    how do we solve our problem?
