I have a problem with my robot abb irb 52. When I put it to work in autopilot mode it identifies collision and stops constantly, and this does not happen in manual mode. Has anyone gone through this or do you have any idea what it might be?

Do you have the tooldata defined with the load of the eoat? Run LoadID to identify the mass, cog and such. Any armloads must be entered in the MOC. Finally, if the robot is wall mounted or hanging upside down, the gravity beta must be changed.
