I have an IRB 6400R 2.8/200 s4c on a 14m track, I am trying to use a cad software to write programs to use it as a CNC milling machine. Iv tried to use some programs from it and the first one worked but iv tried to make another one and keep getting this error "50050 Position outside reach 0701 Position for IRB joint 2 is outside working area". there is 20 different operations along the track but no matter which I go too it still brings up the same error.
In the cad software simulation the robot can reach all of the points with ease, Is there something in the robot system that could cause this or is it solely the program produced by the cad software?
