My company has bought a welding robot in spain and now we have to configure that with a Fronius TransPulse Synergic 4000 that they sold to us as well.
We saw the robot working and welding in spain but now the robot is moving without any problem but seams that there is no communication between the Fronius and the KRC2.
Inside the KRC2 and inside the Fronius, there are installed 2 Interbus Beckhoff BK4500 that communicates through fiber cable with FSMA connectors.
Now we need to configure the Fronius inside the KRC2 software but we are very newby and the reseller in spain is not so competent.
Can anyone help me to solve this BIG issue???
