TM-2000 TCP problem

Hello guys,
in DTPS i have tool with 20mm wire, but on robot zero is on fifth mm. Does anyone knows what is the problem? I can't resolve this problem over month and it's pain in the... When i make online program everything is ok but when i do with DTPS i have offset.
