Controller Shutdown

Hello friends

I am working with RJ-3 Controller ,and I am confused because of this error I see in my controller .

my controller doesn't have any error message, but when I pressed deadman key of Teach pendent ,controller will shutdown immediately.

I have change the teach pendent and also PSU , but I see this error happens ,for me is little strange this error !!!

Does any body know about this kind of experience that I have explained here ?

Did you try the Teach Pendant cable? It sounds like it has a short.

It was so funny ,Problem was solved because main Power infeed ,My controller was working with two phase !!!!
