Kuka krc4 profinet device 3.2

Hello, i am at an installatipn site and the robot that i have here, has the option, kuka profinet device 3.2.
As far as i understand i cannot have local profinet IO. Meaning that the robot can be only slave in profinet, the robot cannot be master to a slave profinet IO module.
Correct ?
