Kuka Robot alarm message

Dear sir,
I use robot KRC2 , Cross3
When I start the robot ,it display alarm as attached file .
I can not move the robot any more.
Could you please suggest me how to solve the problem?

I checked the cable between robot and controller by:
1.Clean the pin and socket of both sides.
2.Check wiring cable between X20(controller side) and CN22(robot side) pin by pin.
No problem was found.
3.check connection of J5 pin 7 , 8 and pin W,P of CN22 => it was OK
After power on , it still same alarm message.

And I checked:
1. Voltage from CN 22 pin W and P . I was 24V.
2.Voltage from J5 slot 1 and 2 .It was 5V.
