Otc daihen fd11 encoder problem

    hello I have a problem with the robot otc fd11 and so after replacing the battery I get an error message E0052 encoder battery charger low. the robot does not want to move the batteries are new from what I read it is necessary to reset the encoder. here's the question of how to do it. thank you in advance for your help :)

    Hi...I am looking at a 2 headstock work cell and notice some have a door or curtain on both sides of the robot between the robot and the headstock and others don’t. Is there a reason for this? Standard possibly? as I want to do what’s right.
