how to install HRC

how do you install the HRC software?
I've added it to workbench, it's showing up in StationSetup > Software.
i checked the install checkbox to enable the HRC options in safety configurations.
but when i try to sync it to the iiwa, it tells me the two setups are different and won't sync.
