Did you install the option packages that come with Sunrise Workbench?

Here is the thing ,this is a project that used to be used by the ex user of the kuka iiwa, unfortunately i cannot contact with him anymore .So I dont know if anything is changed with this project. And no I did not install anything.I could try If you could help me.Thank you

You have this problem because you're trying to use DirectServo and it's not installed on your sunrise Workbench. Here's what you should do:
- Go to your sunrise workbench installation folder (the one you find in the CD provided along with the robot), it should be in a path like Workbench\options, and follow the steps on the attached images.
Once its done, re-install your project on the robot, then synchronize your project.

Hello sir when I go to the install new software I have this error from image 1, then when I go to the servoing package path I have the second error which is image 2,then I change the file name in the location I go to the next step which I see the error in image 3 .Here is my stationsetup ss in the image 4 .I have an idea of removing the servioing package and reinstalling back but I dont know how to do it.If you have any idea to fix my issue please help

You already installed them, that's why you're getting these errors. Now, just check the remaining options and uncheck the one you don't have its installer (like in the attached image), then install your project.
