    To achieve good polishing must exist an indicator of force so the force applied by "angle grinder" to be constant.
    How this can be done ?
    By air that has constant pressure ? force sensor ?

  • For controlled force over a path, you would need either a pneumatic actuator, or a force sensor.


    A pneumatic actuator would be "open loop" -- simply set the desired force level, and let it even out the robot's variations. This should work, as long as the robot's variations do not exceed to pneumatic actuator's range of motion.


    The force sensor would need to control the robot's motion through RSI or Force-Torque Control.
