Motoman MPL500 works after some warm up!

    Hi everybody.


    We're having an issue with an MPL500 with DX100 because it works well after leaving on (just energized) about 1 hour. Without the "Warm up" it present trajectory error on L axe when trying to move. We replace the encoder in that servo which has prior problems even with the brake. They (the owners) made a local fix on the brake and apparently works.


    Any ideas?
