Intermittent hold for color change

  • Having a problem with robots intermittently not holding conveyor for color change on paint robot. Of course that is causing problems with late start on next job and a host of errors. Tracking destination gone, robots crashing against themselves going to home position, etc. Can see in the teach pendant that the hold for color change output comes on at times and not at others. Any idea why?
