Can anyone out there steer me in the right direction for resources about Fanuc DRAM and how the memory system is sett up. We intrested in using a feature R798 (DRAM File Storage). I have the Fanuc EDoc stick with manuals on it but am unsure as to which manual will have the most information on that subject.

Ask Fanuc for TP DRAM R709_manual_[FANUC][B-83124EN@01-1].
We often use TP DRAM option. With this option you can save TP programs into DRAM, USB or CF card.
Programs is only loaded into CMOS when you need it. -
Most obscure options can be found in the handling tool manual under advanced functions. If they are not there, you will have to search.
