I'm complete newbie.
In our company we got 2 S-420iS with R-J2. One set is working and the second was staying in our warehouse.
Lately I took the 2nd set from the warehouse and I tried to start it up.
At the beginning I tested the robot with working R-J2 controller and I was able to jog the robot. Everything were working correctly.
Later I plugged the 2nd R-J2 and the software stopped at "Checksum: ...", I off and on and the R-J2 started correctly and I was able to
jog each axis. After 20mins SRVO-021 SRDY off alarms shown up, I couldn't reset it.
Next day I tried to start R-J2 about 20 times, but each time software is stopping at "Checksum: ..."
I tried to swap TP from working R-J2, but it didn't help.
Are you able to advice me how can I solve "not booting up" issue?
Of course I can swap parts from working R-J2 to but maybe I should start with software?
