Fusion 360 KUKA Postprocessor

    I added it to my Fusion 360 and threw a couple simple models at it. The results were... not great. The post seems to break easily mid-output, even on what should be simple 2D cuts. I'd say it's still pretty beta. More strangely, its outputting values for E1, that look to me as if this post were intended for 3D printing on a KR using E1 to drive the Extruder, rather than subtractive machining.

    Has anyone used this in the real world yet?

    Hmm,
    I took a look at the post in notepad for fun...it actually looks like E1 is meant to be a rotary axis, as it is set to -C internally. So if tool were tangent to path, rotary would rotate to compensate. Which is making a lot of assumptions about the user, but with a little math you might be able to make that function for a linear gantry (remap the axis to the centroid of points for example). Moving it all the time wouldn't be very smooth in my experience.
