What do u guys do to PM this R30iB Controller how do you clean or does it has a filter for the fans? I'm doing a checklist PM sheet 
for our new line. Thanks.

Section 2.3 in the Controller Maintenance Manual lists the PM that should be done and when.

Be very careful when cleaning inside cabinet. Mine used to get a lot of dust inside and it seemed like every time anyone (including outside techs) removed dust with a shop vac and/or low pressure compressed air, the static or something made servo amp and/or E-stop unit cause faults that only go away when those parts are replaced. We sealed cabinet and installed a cabinet cooler to pressurize the air inside to keep dust out.
